20 Broads met up with nearly 200 ATV enthusiasts at the Monticello field office of the BLM on April 9, 2011. SPEAR, the local off-road group, called for the ATV rally to protest the convictions of two men who confessed to building an illegal trail in Recapture Wash, near Blanding, Utah. Broads countered with a rally in support of the BLM's decision to close the Wash to motorized vehicles.
