Promote your brand when you contribute products to our 2024 Wilderness & Beyond Conference “build your own” swag bags!

We seek small, useful items that participants can choose from at the registration table, rather than filling conference swag bags with items they may not want. Broads know what they want—and what they don’t want—so your items will not go to waste!

Swag bag sponsors will receive bronze-level recognition, and will be announced in a pre-event email to attendees to promote your donation.

Swag Bag Sponsorship Guidelines

Your participation in our highly-anticipated conference is a meaningful way to enhance the experience of attendees while showcasing your brand.

IMPORTANT:

• We ask that you provide 250 items (at minimum).
• Items and any attached collateral and text must be approved in advance.
• Please upload high-resolution photos and logos in the form below. If you have any questions about photos or artwork, please contact Jason Vaughn at jason@greatoldbroads.org.
• Please provide shipment tracking information to events@greatoldbroads.org.
• Swag sponsors agree to incur all costs associated with the production and shipment of swag items.

PLAN AHEAD:

• Once approved, swag sponsors will be provided an address label for shipment. This is simply an address label for swag sponsors to use—shipping costs are the responsibility of the sponsor.
• Approved items must be shipped to arrive no later than September 20, 2024.
