Two-Part Webinar: Protect the Owyhee Canyonlands!

  • July 23rd, 4:00 PM (Mountain)
  • July 25th, 4:00 PM (Mountain)

Join Great Old Broads for Wilderness for a special two-part webinar focusing on the majestic Owyhee Canyonlands of southeast Oregon, and how you can help to protect them for future generations.

The Owyhee Canyonlands represent the largest conservation opportunity in the American West, encompassing millions of acres of wilderness-quality lands and hundreds of miles of pristine rivers and streams. However, only five percent of this vast landscape is permanently protected, leaving native species vulnerable to threats such as industrial development, climate change, and unmanaged recreation.

Great Old Broads are sharing their unique perspective on the importance of permanent protections for this special landscape through the creation of the Owyhee Canyonlands National Monument!
