Short Description of Activity
This month, majority of hours went to learning about and sending action alerts related to Region 2 USFS decision to allow chainsaw use in Weminuche and S. San Juan Wilderness Areas. Other time devoted to sign on to Cuchara Project letter, oil and gas in North Fork Valley, climate change issues and wolf reintroduction in CO.
Reflection/Evaluation
As far as I have been able to discern, no members wrote letters to Region 2 Forest or LTEs re: chainsaw authorization. Thankfully in June, the authorization was rescinded. Go Broads!!
