Short Description of Activity
This was our every-other-month meeting to organize and plan and report. Each coordinator/commitee gave a report. We planned our Nectar Creek Advocay night for August and will start alternating month versions in Eugene on Sept 9. We firmed up the role of our membership coordinators. We started planning book signing events for Chandra’s book, Hiking Oregon’s Ancient Forests, that came out the day of our meeting. We started planning our summer potluck and a Eugene Broadchat on Fire & the Climate Crisis. We’ll have an overnight Leadership Team Planning Retreat in October at Cyndi’s Riverhouse to revisit adopting ongoing regional themes/campaigns.
Reflection/Evaluation
These meetings are always invaluable. Can’t imagine running a Broadband without a leadership team and regular planning meetings.
