Justice, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Webinar
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to increase my awareness of JEDI issues and why they are important to an organization. I will be viewing Part II in November to learn how to use JEDI in our organization. I am also interested in inclusion of those with physical and mental health challenges in our group and how better to develop strategies for dealing with these members as well as including more tribal and minority groups in our chapter. I have also requested that one of the presenters come and speak at our meeting this year.
