These calls are designed to plan the meetings for the Collaborative, and to manage the transition from using a professional facilitator to moving to a collaborative.
Reflection/Evaluation
Organization of the collaborative. I wish I hadn’t ended up on this committee. The facilitator is very serious about earning her payments, and she generates an enormous amount of work for the committee members. All well-intentioned, of course, and designed to keep the collaborative from imploding when we are running it ourselves…
