Short Description of Activity
Webinar to discuss effective monitoring techniques.
Reflection/Evaluation
To learn how to be a more effective partner in the management of the restoration projects done on the forest. It did accomplish that, but the people who manage the monitoring need to do their planning so citizen scientists can be used more effectively. There was a monitoring project in mid June, and at least two members of the NMNPS did attend. I was out of the country and could not attend. The two people who did attend said the planned field trip agenda was too ambitious, and ended up being exhausting.
