A webinar on Strategies for Enhancing Retention Among Wilderness Stewards was viewed.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to identify ways to increase retention of wilderness stewards. There was a ton of ideas here which I thought were great. Our chapter is currently doing some of these strategies but more can be done. I think I would like to share this info with my leadership team and come up with more ways to recognize volunteers at every meeting. Perhaps one special person per month? I always enjoy these webinars with NWSA and find this one very helpful.
