Short Description of Activity
The Northwest Power Council held their September meeting in Corvallis, OR and had time in their agenda for public comment. i prepared written testimony, mostly summarizing what i learned at the Don’t Damn the Salmon Broadwalk and presented it and left a copy of the written statement. The Great Old Broads were the only ones to participate in the public comment section of their meeting.
Reflection/Evaluation
This was a good opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and present a statement about the importance of breaching the four dams on the lower Snake River. I was fortunate that Micky Ryan proofed and edited my testimony.
