Short Description of Activity
Book group in SW Washington but open to all in Broadband. Studying the book Beyond Debate, Answers to 50 misconceptions on Climate Change by Shahir Masri. We are becoming better educated on how to counteract the false arguments against realities of climate change. We discuss how to operationalize what we’re learning, in our everyday lives.
Reflection/Evaluation
We should reconsider our choice of books-perhaps more controversial and less straight facts-as it wasn’t a big draw. Sunday evenings is not good time for everybody. What I do like is rotating leadership or facilitation among us.
