Outcome 1: Plants/seeds planted (40 trees planted)
Short Description of Activity
2 Broads attended a service project at Kerr Park in Washougal, Wa. where we planted Western Red Cedar and Thimbleberry trees along a riparian section of the city park.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to plant a total of 300 trees in the park. This goal was met when including the other volunteers who also assisted in the project. I was very disappointed that more of our Broads did not show up for the work party since it was a beautiful day.
