2 Cascade Volcano Broads attended the National Wilderness Stewardship Alliance Workshop in Bend, Or.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the workshop was to build partnerships as well as increase our awareness of stewardship projects and programs around the country and the world. I had a hard time figuring out which sessions I wanted to attend as there were so many great offerings. I did get a chance to meet with LNT project and would like to invite them to our meeting as well as send members to them for training and to do citizen science projects in this area. I had a great time with the Bend Broads and thought it was an excellent opportunity to connect with them and get new ideas. I would strongly recommend this workshop to other Broads interested in doing stewardship projects. Next year’s workshop will be held in Yosemite, Ca.
