Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to increase our awareness of strategies to use to improve justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in our Broadband. I found it very eye opening! I need to improve in this area in order to become a better leader. We have had a few issues involving members excluding others. I plan on sharing this information at our next leadership meeting as well as the books and podcasts which could be offered as a selection for our book group in the winter. Great information!
