Short Description of Activity
6th annual retreat at Wildwood near the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument. Talk by Simon Spoleto from NM Wild about wild and scenic river designation. Postcard writing to public officials regarding advocacy issues. Stewardship project with NPS, clearing new picnic area and two short trails to the Gila River.
Two hikes, soaking in hot springs, campfire, and general support and socializing.
Reflection/Evaluation
Very successful retreat. No negatives. Good annual event.
