Short Description of Activity
We spent a full day at Julie’s house discussing a packed agenda covering our key focus areas including advocacy, Broadwalks/hikes, Broad Stewardship, Broadchats, Broad education, and Broad partnerships. The second day we went on a hike and further discussed outcomes from the meeting.
Reflection/Evaluation
We have a great team, but need to find new leaders to step up and take over some of our roles and responsibilities. Our Broads in Training (Gena and Jamie) are awesome!
