Short Description of Activity
Film screening and advocacy for protecting Wild & Scenic Rivers, supporting Senator Wyden’s call for river nominations. Took place at WildCraft Cidery in Eugene. Other sponsors included Oregon Wild, Cascadia Wildlands, Friends of the Douglas-fir National Monument, Willamette Riverkeeper, and Willamette Kayak & Canoe Club.
Reflection/Evaluation
Huge turnout, but hard to move around so not as many people found the table with newsletters. Gave away a GOB bandana in raffle, which led to sale of a few more. Lots of people educated, some nomination forms collected.
