Two Ouray County ranchers and two Broads met with Working Circle staff Karin Vardaman and Jen Mueller and John Murtaugh (Defenders of Wildlife) to learn about Working Circle and their efforts to build relations with livestock producers/ranchers operating amidst predators. workingcircle.org
Reflection/Evaluation
Broads’ goal was to introduce a few ranchers to efforts of Working Circle in hopes of recruiting a community of ranchers to participate in one of five February 2020 workshop (See attached flyer) as well as begin building relations to hopefully engage Ouray County ranchers with the vision and efforts of Working Circle.
