Monthly water flow measuring on the Upper Verde River
Reflection/Evaluation
Six of us on the river Sunday – I supervised 3 previously untrained volunteers. Water fast and deep at Perkinsville; had to move upstream at Bear Siding to wider, slower spot; pitch black at Verde Springs but even on moonless night no problem bushwacking off the trail to our measuring site.
