Short Description of Activity
Nancy, Barb, Linda, Lu, and Laurie met to plan the date and location for 2020 campout. The committee agreed upon the date and (3) choices for the campground. Laurie to call and confirm.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to determine the date and campground for our 2020 Campout. Laurie called the first two options, but they were not available. We did, however, get our third choice, Atkinson Group Camp, on Mt Adams for Sept 10-13, 2020. Next Campout meeting will be Wednesday, March 25. Laurie to host and serve dinner.
