Short Description of Activity
Held our annual BB planning meeting to review all our activities and events and sign members up to engage in different projects.
Reflection/Evaluation
Fabulous!! Now that our BB has several member leaders in stewardship, engagement and (less so) in advocacy, team leaders addressed our meeting attendees with a description of their focus area using the questions – what is it, when (and how frequently) & where do we do it, why do we do it, and how do we do it? These guiding questions helped our member leaders feel more confident to present. As a result, members – both presenting and attending – were engaged in conversation and questions which made the meeting more lively and interactive. As a result, the BB leader talked less and observed more!! Preparing the graphic/flow chart of our activities, I am amazed at how many initiatives our members engage in!!
