Short Description of Activity
3 conference calls to plan for Scope of Work for management Committee, and to develop agendas for the main collaborative meetings. Meetings were on 2/4, 3/6, and 3/11/2020 for about 1 1/2 hours each. Plus then I had to type up the summary of the calls, and send it out for corrections by the other committee members and rewrite it. This process was done 3 times and each summary took me about an hour+ to write and 1/2 hour to edit.
Reflection/Evaluation
I guess someone’s got to do these committees or the collaborative will implode. However, I must say that I hate being a secretary/recorder. I can’t write fast enough to get everything in and also be able to think and respond with my own ideas and input.
