Short Description of Activity
I filed the only objection to the Zuni Mt. CFLRP, Puerco project, the final EA and DN FONSI. I have done extensive research on the regeneration of Mixed Conifer QSDI on a slope. I am hoping they will be willing to add a qualifier to the ability to take the larger sizes of healthy trees.
Reflection/Evaluation
We will meet online on Tuesday to discuss how I can be satisfied with how they handle my objection, so I can withdraw my objection. Or so they can incorporate a change to language that I can find satisfactory. I will attach what I wrote, but be forewarned, it is dry and technical, and probably not able to meet legal standing if they don’t accommodate my request.
