Bi-weekly raptor survey at Ridgway State Park coupled with a volunteer training hosted by a member leader.
Reflection/Evaluation
Excellent!! Trained 6 new volunteers and refreshed/updated 3 others; a member volunteer who has only been surveying for 6 months led the training!!! Fabulous having member leaders step up to offer training!!
