Short Description of Activity
Met to talk about use of Facebook and Instagram to communicate to the public and to members. Also wanted to plan for and discuss upcoming events. 4 members met for 2 hours.
Reflection/Evaluation
Conversation about the use of social media and determining who should get some particular form of communication was difficult as this is a shift in how we communicate and opinions varied. We were able to reach some level of clarity about a best plan for communication, but carrying that out may be complex because several people are involved.
Discussion of upcoming events and doing needed planning went more quickly and involved less discussion.
