Short Description of Activity
A notable NM place-based ecologist, Dr. Craig Allen, is a professor and author. He spoke for an hour about the past, present and future of our mountain forests, especially in the Jemez Mountains.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was a grim vision but there is hope with the help of volunteer groups like ours, and cooperation from the USFS and forest management collaboratives. It was a packed house audience.
