Short Description of Activity
We discussed good ways to implement the kickoff meeting, how to involve the attendees, timing of emails, web sites, Google Groups, membership, adding members, Powerpoint and narrative, new slides, Katya will add photos that we send her.
Reflection/Evaluation
Thank you Katya. The calls were very helpful in so many ways. I am now adept at adding members and managing the two lists. We both can handle Google Groups. We listened re your suggestions in not asking too much of people at first meeting and not giving much work .
