Plan and execute public showing of Wild and Scenic Films, with extensive tabling event with partners. Preview and select films, plan event with other groups, solicit donations from local businesses, collect and assemble donations, prepare publicity for event, set up, tear down, follow up and thank you’s
Reflection/Evaluation
Very well. We covered our costs, which was our goal, with donations, and had a good showing of attendees and lots of interaction in ballroom tabling.
