role playing of relational meetings for part of WALTS training.
Reflection/Evaluation
It as helpful to play both roles. My biggest take-away is that if one takes the time to meet one on one with new members or prospective constituents, the person will be much more inclined to step up and step in. Also, that personal connection can make future associations that much more productive and enjoyable.
