Phone call between experienced Band leader and newbie to discuss commonalities and challenges. Also, just a chance to get to know one another.
Reflection/Evaluation
The call exceeded expectations. All the women I’ve met are capable, experienced, creative and caring. This was true on the phone call, too. It led me to know that I can reach out again if need be. The meeting was smooth with dialogue and teaching.
