Short Description of Activity
Phone call with Barbara to practice relational meetings.
Reflection/Evaluation
Barbara was the leader in our scenario, I was the secretary in Scenario 1. We had a productive call, in which Barbara did a great job of acting out how to guide the discussion with intention. She asked me about my interests, and after chatting awhile, she thought I might be a good fit to step up in the organization and become a co-leader. I said that sounded scary, but very exciting, and I’d be very interested in that position. She promised to follow up shortly with more information and details regarding our next steps.
