Short Description of Activity
Talked to Martha Bibb about being a leader and the challenges. We especially discussed the challenges she has of being in a virus problem area. I talked to her about the wonderful relationships I have with other Oregon leaders and we brainstormed about how she could work with Idaho leaders.
Reflection/Evaluation
I thought it was good- and productive. Martha is very familiar with Broads so didn’t need to hear much about my experiences.
