Elaine and I were partnered to go through the volunteer – leader scenarios.
Reflection/Evaluation
Elaine and I are kindred spirits. I couldn’t get on a phone call with Elaine yesterday due to previous commitments and when we connected this morning, Elaine had to get on a work call. We mutually decided it was okay to be “rebels” and not do our homework because we were both too busy. I appreciated Elaine’s flexibility and humor and not making me feel bad about not being able to get our homework done!
