Short Description of Activity
I had a wonderful 1:1 conversation with Dianne Maughan from the Silver City Broadband. I found her to be delightful and came away with some ideas we can apply to our group.
Reflection/Evaluation
The most significant item I came away with from our conversation is how their Broadband does a rolling leadership so they always have someone ready and willing to take on the responsibilities as a co-leader. I think we should focus on doing that as well. We also discussed how neither of our Broadbands have relationships with the other Broadbands in our state and maybe that would be a good thing to cultivate. It was a good conversation and I’m ready to go to Silver City, sounds like a cool place!
