Short Description of Activity
Zoom call hosted by Linda Graham with MA members and 1 key NH member attending to discuss things we might do during the Covid-19 outbreak to build our Broadband. Group discussed letter writing as well as holding full Granite Broads meetings to get to know each other and build relationships. Decided to choose a film to watch and then hold a Zoom Broadband-wide meeting to discuss within the next few weeks. Follow-ups: Nancy will talk with Katya about the possibility of having the central office arrange access for our members to watch “Warrior Woman” before we meet to discuss. If that is not feasible, alternate sources for films are Wild and Scenic Film Festival or films available on Kanopy through local libraries. Linda will look for an evening date to schedule 40 minute film discussion online and will send invitation to members asking them to contact her if they would like to attend.
Reflection/Evaluation
Meeting was brisk but went well. The MA members all said they appreciated the chance to connect and were looking forward to getting together again soon.
