Reflection/Evaluation
Pam heard my public testimony on Willow DEIS, after she had presented hers, and reached out through her network to locate me. We worked together in 1983, on the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and have been running parallel tracks in conservation, but have not been in touch. She provided me some good background on several issues and is happy we are reviving the Alaska Broadband. She was a close friend of Ginny Wood and Cecilia Hunter.
