Reflection/Evaluation
I reiterated comments suggested by Save the Dells organization and more. Basically, we do not want to be able to see the houses. We do not want houses on the ridge where the resort will be – only the resort and that behind Eagle Peak. Preserve the Valley with the riparian No Name Creek and indigenous artifacts. No at-grade roads crossing the Peavine Trail. Make sure there are wildlife corridors throughout the project, and do not jeopardize water supply in any way. etc. etc. IT IS A MIRACLD THEY HAVE ALL REACHED THE LOI. At least 475 acres will be saved including the iconic Point of Rocks.
