Short Description of Activity
The Broadband has a large Google Group (approx 200) but the list had been dormant for a few years. We were sending email but had no idea how effective they were. We had decided to start sending regular outreach emails twice per month (and additional if we had an emergency). In May we redesigned the email format with MailChimp and uploaded our email list. This free program allows to see how many in the group received the email, how many opened it, and how many clicked on various links in the email.
Reflection/Evaluation
So far it has gotten favorable reviews and we will continue to fine tune.
