Short Description of Activity
I hosted 3 planning calls with other Washington Leaders as well as 2 partner agencies to plan our CES project. I started several rough draft for invite letters which Rachel has put on google doc for all to input their changes. We have a growing list of presenters and audience. The Washington Broadband leaders have been very easy to work with and I am optimistic about pulling this series of presentations off.
Reflection/Evaluation
We are currently working together on the presentation invite letters which need to go out in 2 weeks. I need to continue working on these. Committee members have been great about suggesting audience and presenters.
