Short Description of Activity
Campout Committee met to discuss September Campout. We decided to change campgrounds from Attkinson to Peterson Prairie and also changed the date for the event. I contacted CFC and they are willing to meet us for a road survey on 10/9. We will have people bring their own food and equipment and socially distance. Barb is the chair and she went up and visited the campsite and sent pictures for us to see. Water is also available there. Barb wrote up a prospectus which is below.
Reflection/Evaluation
The meeting went well and we have it decided that it will be a free event and people can also get their own campsite if they are uncomfortable with camping with the group. Next meeting is July 13 at 7pm via Zoom.
