Short Description of Activity
Linda, Lu, Laurie, Barb, Micky, Nancy, and Doran met for an hour to discuss the campout in September.
Reflection/Evaluation
I received an email from the FS about an hour before the scheduled call indicating that our campground reservation had been cancelled due to COVID. So we had the meeting anyway and decided to try to reserve another campsite. I created a google sheet with suggested campground info asking members of the committee to input their data on the sheet. We are being refunded our money and will try to reserve something for September. Next meeting is scheduled for Aug 3 @7pm. We will discuss the researched campgrounds at that time.
