Short Description of Activity
Laurie and Lu hiked the Herman Creek Trail #306. We noted 14 people on the trail and 4 dogs. One low elevation flight was also heard.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to document solitude in the wilderness. Even on a Saturday, there is still some solitude on this popular trail. Most trails in the area are closed due to COVID. The trail is not particularly beautiful, as the fire took out many trees and left the remaining ones black and charred. No views either.
