Short Description of Activity
This is a grouping of Webinars with dates I (and occasionally others) viewed them throughout the month.
Secret Life of Beavers, Oregon Wild, 4/1 – Surprising education. Showed traps as well as rescue;
Saving Life on Earth w/COVID-19, Center for Biological Diversity, 4/7, EPA rollbacks, protecting wildlife, send letter to Dir., EPA to enforce the laws;
NM Wild Webinar on Gila Nat’l Forest Revision Plan, 4/10, Extremely comprehensive;
Webinar on Gila National Forest Revision Plan, 4/11, watched it twice (2nd time was by The Wilderness Society) to amend my notes that were used for public comment to USFS;
Reflection/Evaluation
Goal was sometimes education about a new problem, or further education about an older issue, sometimes writing a letter or sending a Facebook, or just passing the word. I was alone on each of these webinars as far as I know for Broadband involvement, except Susan viewed the TWS webinar; Sometimes goals were met, but not always (too many irons in the fire). Each time I spread the word about these webinars I ask for comments. Occasionally I might get one or two comment from Broadband participants who watched the webinar. This is not so on any of these I have mentioned above.
