Short Description of Activity
4 meetings – August and Sept. – Management Committee – 8/4 and 9/1 – 2 hrs total; 2 full collaborative meetings – 8/18 and 9/15 – 4 hrs total. All meetings cover creating and using agendas, learning about VUM’s and La Madera CFRP, and how to do the preliminary work to plan for CFRP funding for fall of 2021. Also, succession of facilitator and other committee chairpeople, and learning use of Mural spreadsheet program. We also have to prepare a participant spreadsheet for each of our projects, of which I have two, and need to give input on at least 2 more.
Reflection/Evaluation
The meetings keep moving along; I have to take notes for the the management committee meetings, so that takes a lot of time to recreate afterwards. It’s pretty complicated, but educational.
