Reflection/Evaluation
The rules are very particular and seem pretty onerous, intimidating, even, but I guess that is what NEPA requires, at least to get CLFRP funding. I need to watch the video recording again to clarify all the nuances about what you can and can’t use CFLRP funding. for.
