This training covered pros and cons of different kinds of vegetation management models.
Reflection/Evaluation
The way this is being done on Grand Staircase/Escalante mixed pinyon/juniper habitat will destroy that ecosystem, and also the cryptobiotic soils, to describe just a couple of negative effects. It’s unconscionable. It gave me information to use in discussing the 3 forest riparian restoration EIS in northern NM, and also the wrecking of the same habitat in the Gila NF for their Forest Plan and EIS.
