Reflection/Evaluation
Summary points include: (1) They are having some success in the Keystone pipeline litigation as Keystone should have used a “Programatic” approach to listed species, instead of isolating the impacts to smaller segments of the work. (2) It is so important to establish “STANDING” to get the courts to hear your concerns. (3) Grassroots activism and partnerships is critical to making a difference. (4) Get involved in the agency comment periods, as numbers and concerns do make a difference in litigation.
