Reflection/Evaluation
We hiked 3 miles and saw 0 dogs, 0 people, 0 planes but had a marvelous time. The area has sustained some damage dueto high winds. Over 6 trees have been cut down by campers for firewood. A shelter and a table and chair were also build out of the downed trees. We disassembled the furniture and shelter and spread it over the understory. Much tree damage was also noted with cuts, notches, and chopped trunks in live trees at one of the campsites. No campers were seen and the dispersed campsite is now closed.
