Short Description of Activity
Practice for Relational Meetings, two participants trading off at being both the leader and the member. Two different fictional scenarios, both taking within the Roaring River Broadband. I was paired with Patience Paisley.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal for this activity was to practice skills for relational meetings. We did well in helping each other understand the opportunities available, and talking about our skill sets. However I forgot to share some personal experiences, and Patience didn’t ask me first hand about my skill sets. We both agreed that when
we were talking about photography, we should have reminded the member about waivers and/or asking participants if they’re comfortable being in the images, and, if there are multiple people photographing, we should designate who does what area. Overall, it was a good learning experience, so yes, the goal was met!
