Reflection/Evaluation
I spoke with Rynda from Central Oregon Broadband about her years of experience with Great Old Broads from member to co-leader to board member and continued engagement with her local chapter. We shared ideas on expanding racial, cultural and gender diversity in conservation and wilderness recreation and appreciation. We discussed the importance of relationship building and expanding the reach of the movement through diversity education and outreach. We followed up in email to share some related links. I loved talking with Rynda and found the call inspiring and informative.
